Maimonides Adult Primary Care Center

This place is a disgrace to the American health care industry. I don't think they have a scheduling system. All the patients are scheduled for 10 am and then served on a first-come, first-served basis. For a 10 min visit you need to wait hours. Avoid in all coast

The visit took 10 min, check out took 30 min. there was not a single person on the desk, I asked Jasmin and she rudely replied that she was alone and had to wait.

Well patient care and respect are not priorities in this office! The staff is incredibly rude and dismissive, they act as they are doing their patients a favor by simply acknowledging their presence..Communication is very poor, no one seems willing to explain procedures or waiting times, and any questions are met with indifference and impatience Look elsewhere if you value being treated with respect and basic professionalism!!!

Everytime Marina is at the reception she makes my mom wait hours!! She tells her to go upstairs and then they tell her to go back downstairs. Marina tells my mom to sign in but never actually registers her. My mom will be sitting there for hours and no one helps her if Marina is around. And if someone helps my mom and tells something to Marina, Marina gets upset. Idk why she is like this with my mom. She needs to retire already and let the new friendlier receptionist do their job because they absolutely do a much better job than her. It’s not fair that my mom gets to her 10:30 appointment at 10 just to be seen at 12:45 because Marina never registered her in. She just had her sitting there.

Tried calling 10+ times over the course of a few weeks to follow up on a referral, and my call was not picked up a single time. Left a message with their answering service to please get back to me ASAP because it was urgent, did not receive any followup for the last 3 weeks. One of, if not the, worst run businesses I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I recommend you go to literally any other health care provider, because these people simply do not care about you at all.
