Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy

This review is more for Katherine in the Daytona Beach location rather than Mail-Meds Pharmacy as a whole. My experience in general with the pharmacy has been alright, however when my insurance company recently mandated a change that one of my scripts be transferred to another pharmacy, it was a confusing and complicated process. The people at the Ft. Myers location gave me no notice that this was happening, and as a result, I ran out of a vital medication for a number of days. Katherine, however, came to my rescue. She helped me straighten things out with the new pharmacy, acted as a liaison between me, my insurance company, and the other pharmacy and got everything set up, and eliminated the stress that I had been under. I love this place. when my scripts need to be sent out, they call me to verify if I need it. making sure I don't get something I don't need yet and confirm what it is I do need. they go above and beyond
