When calling to schedule an appointment they told me 12:30. Arrived at 12:20pm. When approaching the door it opened and the lady said they were busy and that I called the “wrong” place. Doubled checked because mistakes happen but no, I did call the right place. Very rude and a waste of my time.

A very professional and skilled massage salon. Highly recommended. Atmosphere and lighting were perfect to be able to relax and enjoy the massage. Building looks a little shady, but the environment was a nice surprise

Poor customer service when calling and phoning for massage information, no wonder people have stated Asian Massage establishments are so rude. They need to learn how to speak and understand the language English so that they can provide helpful information pertaining to what they are advertising on the website. I Called a few today and they were absolutely the most rudest massage location that I phoned today. I am very disappointed and highly recommend that they educate themselves on customer service, that is a standard policy in every employment, regardless what kind of work or job title you hold.
