Wait time minimum 3-4 hours. You have to take a full day of work off to be here and get minimal care. After 2 hours get called to check my BP and yes its high. Stressed, overwhelmed and tired waiting over 2 hours then to return to waiting room for another hour or two to see PA. New office manager is needed. They need to work on efficiency. Zero stars if I could. Plus waiting room is extremely hot, so that does not help. Saw the PA for 5 min to just tell me all my tests were normal, and prescription for betablockers, 3.5 hours for that.

I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes and hadn’t even been called for vitals. Scheduling appointments and then seeing the patient 3hours later is bad management by everyone involved, including the doctor. I am pleased with the PA Ruben as well as Dr. Changlani and their care and concern, but the waiting time is ridiculous. Somebody needs to step up and get things right, I mean you are representing DHR, Which means you also charge for facilities use. (Basically double charging) I’ve decided that one more visit like this and I will look elsewhere for a cardiologist

My mom has seen 3 different cardiologist this year and it's only March. Finally a doctor that knows how to treat an 82 year old with dignity and not just another dollar sign. Yes the office was full but we were there for less than an hour. I have waited with my mother up to 3 hours for some rude doctors that double schedule senior patients and don't even spend 5 minutes with them. He even spoke Spanish to my mother and she was very happy with her visit. Answered all her questions and explained the prescriptions he administered. A real RGV Class Act!!!

This place really sucks They never have the patience correct information!!

I found the doctor I was looking for: a doctor the prevents heart attacks. One who really cares about the patient. Thank you for being a real good doctor, one who cares about helping out the patient.🙏🥰
