Magnolia Urgent Care Center

The poor clinic only has one doctor attending and the receptionist didn't know that it's best for me to stay in my car. But because I was guessing I had strep I stayed in the car to avoid getting people sick there. Wore a mask. While I could mark it lower because of the really long wait and being encouraged to stay instead of trying another clinic (which i asked if that was better) the nurses and doctor WERE incredibly kind and apologetic. It really was out of their control. I constantly heard them rushing to the other rooms. I was offered medicine to help with the swelling and pain after being diagnosed with strep and given anti-biotics. The nurse even warmed up the vial before injecting it because she knew how badly it would hurt. It wasn't because of her, it was the medicine and how it

Someone needs to run that place a little better. They say they close at a certain time. I got there at 1230 when they were to close at 430. But they were closed for lunch until 1 so the doors were closed. So I waited for them just to say they were not seeing any more patience???? Why say you close at a certain time to turn people down?? Then put that on the paper “if we are full and we do not want to be here all day, we will stop seeing patience”. At least I could have went somewhere else earlier. Please fix this.

Was referred here by my child’s pediatrician since they didn’t have any appointments available same day. Came in at 3:00 and although they close at 630 they couldn’t take my daughter, they said they were “at capacity” I only saw 4 patients in the waiting room, how slow can the provider be? I’ve worked in urgent care clinics before and to stop taking patients over 3 hours before closing time with such few patients waiting is insane. Also the man in the handicapped chair was very rude and didn’t seem to care about my situation. Will never come back here again.

This location is where one of my doctors work at. I enjoy going there.

My toddler and myself see our primary at Magnolia which is why we go to Magnolia Urgent Care. For the second time, because I thought I learned from the first time..we were sent away. As I leave my job that I solely provide my daughter with and arrive at Magnolia Urgent Care an hour and a half before closing. No one is in the waiting room at this point. I was told as one patient is walking out there are three patients in the back we’re at capacity we cannot see your baby..but don’t worry! We open up at 8 Am! Your daughter can go with an eye infection over night! Or you can take her to the ER! Choice is yours. So as a mother, who only provides and care takes for their child broke my heart for her.
