I recently moved to Buford, GA a little over a month ago. My crown broke off, and I was trying to find a dental office that accepts my insurance and is in-network. I went through three different offices before finally finding Magnolia Ridge Dental. Sui, the front desk receptionist, was very kind and helpful from the first phone call. She verified my insurance to make sure everything was in-network and explained any possible fees. I also learned that Dr. Smith has been practicing dentistry for more than 30 years, which was a big plus. Gina, the manager, got me in right away. I’ve been with this dental service for a very long time. The staff is very professional and even if you speak Spanish they have a bilingual customer service rep. I love that! My teeth cleaning is always a joy and I feel like I’m at the spa. Thank you guys for being convenient and professional.

I’ve been coming to this practice for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things! My dental hygienist, Carrie, is amazing—she’s thorough, gentle, and always makes me feel at ease. My children have been coming along to my appointments since they were little, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make them comfortable. They actually look forward to dental visits thanks to the friendly smiles, the treasure box, and the caring environment. The front desk staff is wonderful—always so friendly and patient, and they even take the time to teach my kids valuable life skills.
