I cannot recommend Dr. Ochmond and Magnolia Pediatrics highly enough! From the moment we walked in 10 years ago, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ochmond is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and provides thorough explanations, ensuring we feel comfortable and informed. The facility is clean, organized, and child-friendly, making visits much easier for both kids and parents. We’ve always felt supported and cared for, and I’m grateful to have such a fantastic pediatrician for my child. Thank you, Dr. Ochmond and the entire Magnolia Pediatrics team!

To Tricare patients: I have been experiencing ongoing issues due to the office’s lack of understanding regarding TRICARE insurance. When I scheduled my son’s first appointment, I was informed that your practice was in-network. In reality, while you accept TRICARE, you are not part of the provider network. Because of this, when we were referred to a specialist, I received a large bill as Magnolia Pediatrics could not be assigned as my son’s Primary Care Manager. In addition, your office has since sent me a bill for a deductible. As an active duty TRICARE Prime beneficiary, there are no out-of-pocket costs or deductibles. My son has had several medical issues, and we have never incurred expenses outside of pharmacy costs. It is frustrating that these concerns are not being properly address

We have been a patient of Dr West since we moved here in 2017, when we only had my 7yr old son. 8 yrs later and 2 more babies we couldn’t be happier with our GP. Dr. West and her nurses are absolutely amazing. The entire staff have always been so nice and accommodating since day 1. Not only is Dr. West our GP but her knowledge of ADD/ADHD/ODD is such a blessing she really has made all of rough spots that are hard on moms and dads so much easier to guide through. We don’t know what we would do without this Peds Clinic. AMAZING! Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST! We are never changing.

Magnolia Pediatrics Dr West And her nurses Toni and Bree are absolutely amazing. We have seen Dr West for 14 years now and the thought of us having to leave her in a few years is the unthinkable. She's not just a pediatrician. Their family they care deeply about their patients and their family. You will find no one who cares more about your child, your family, then Dr West and her staff at your pediatric.

I absolutely love this clinic! My children have been cared for here by all of the physicians at some point within the past 6 years. They have always gone above and beyond at every visit. Even when the schedules are booked, they still made time for my sick boys. I am so grateful to have this clinic to bring my kids to!
