My Husband and I went to look at this facility and everything gave you the right answers for my husbands mother to be at this facility. The nurses were nice the tech were funny no issues until her third week there. We started having issues that may seem small to some but clearly it’s not their loved ones nor their parent. We was on the phone with my mother in law and she had called for a nurse or tech to bring her water she waited over two hours for water we know this because we stayed on the phone until she received the water. Lately trying to call the facility is unreachable I call for hours to get no answer or told to wait to be hung up.on . Last night our mother in law fell on the techs watch witch the story did not add up due to how she fell and we was not notified until late night a

this is the worst facility i’ve ever walked into. the staff is so unprofessional, the air literally STINKS, the food is disgusting, and they treated my uncle horribly. on top of the sepsis he got, they left him in his own urine for hours, and ignored his pressure wounds. i’m so disappointed that they treated my uncle with such disrespect and gaslit us the whole time and even blamed us for mistakes they made. lastly, we’re not dumb. we know that you have staff leaving 5 star reviews for pay and that speaks to the character of company - dishonest.

I reviewed this facility a few months ago with photos - photos showing the filthy PICC line hanging 75% out of my dad's arm and medicine not given - antibiotics not administered meant to save my dad's foot. The post has been deleted. 3 weeks with no bath. 4 weeks and no laundry done. Sent out to a doctor's appointment with no bandage covering a horrible wound we were fighting to prevent foot amputation. The therapists are fantastic. The nursing staff are unqualified. They lie when confronted. The administrator is a coward who can't walk his talk and refuses to meet folks face to face - not sure he's ever even at the facility if the secretary's responses are to be believed when you try to contact him. We were happy with the care my family received. I could tell when I visited that the other residents were taken care of as well. Facility has been updated and looks modern- no odors, it looked like they had a bunch of staff there.

My loved one went to this facility after a car accident to receive rehabilitation. He was unable to use his hands or legs and had recently been released from ICU. In the month he was there, he developed bed sores on his bottom and pressure wounds on his feet. He was never turned periodically to prevent this from happening. He sat in a soiled diaper for hours on end. When a nurse would change it, that is all that would get changed. The pad and bedsheets as well as his clothing would remain soaked. After waiting 30 minutes from hitting the call light, I personally when to the nurse station to request clean linen, only to find four staff members sitting behind the desk on their phones! I understand being short staffed but I find that completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this facilit
