This is the best place ever for urgent care visit. From the phone call to make sure my insurance was accepted, to business info and services offered, check in, preliminary exam for vital signs, review of medical history, and exam for my medical problem, everyone was extremely pleasant, above and beyond helpful, professional, knowledgeable and competent and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The exam rooms were very spacious, clean and organized. Wait time happened to be very short. They are open 7 days a week with flexible hours. You can schedule a visit online or walk in like I did.The waiting room is arranged very nicely with even special tables and chairs for young children. Parking is close and easy to get to. Mary took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Parking was easy and the location was convenient. I was fighting a head cold and then it went into my chest. I have a history of bronchitis. I looked on line and found Magnolia Adult and Pediatric Urgent Care. I obtained an appt online and filled out the paperwork enroute while my husband drove. I arrived and was attended to by a sweet and professional receptionist. Was seated and waited only a few minutes. I was called in and triage by another sweet professional. Then onto the ARNP Gabrielle. She was wonderful and was thorough. Listened to me and gave me an examination. Ordered several medications and a CXRay. I left feeling confident. The staff were kind, considerate, and caring professionals. I will call on them again as needed.

My visit to Magnolia Urgent Care was a blessing. I made appointment on the website, arrived and checked in by receptionist who was very helpful. My wait time was less then 10 minutes. The nurse who checked by vital signs and spoke to me about why I was there was very professional. The exam room was was very clean and comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner was also very professional and kind. She asked questions about why I was there and didn't rush me . My entire visit was less than an hour. I will definitely be back when needed.
