Magnetic Imaging of Paris

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment this morning because I got behind traffic driving 40 mph the whole way. I tried at least 15 times to call and let them know and nobody answered the phone until I was literally pulling in, then they refused to let me get my MRI. I drove over an hour to get there and my husband had taken off work to keep our baby and everything. Then the girl at the front desk was not very nice at all!

My husband originally had an appointment on 11/21 but they called him today 11/19 and said he could come at 6:30. Sounded great, we'd get answers earlier than expected...the whole nine. HOWEVER, when we showed at 6:15 they said they were running a hour behind and to come back at 7. We went to get something to eat and came back right at 7. We sat in the waiting room until 8:45 before they actually called him back. I appreciate you making me late for work.

They never answer the phone. Never get to talk to anyone. Did not tell us ahead of time that they do not send tests to dr. So had to make another appt for specialist, extra expense for no reason.

If you have an appointment here make sure your schedule is cleared for the whole day. They ask you to be 30 minutes early for you scheduled appointment only to leave you in the waiting room for a hour or more past your appointment time. If you're given the option, I recommend choosing anywhere but here.

desk clerk was rude young blond girl!! did not have any patience did not give good instruction went in the dressing roo lockers broken no place to put your bag no clean gowns dressing room smelled really bad i will not ever go back the only positive the Technician was very professional and did a great job!!
