Magic Touch Dental

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. While the clinical work itself may be adequate, the dentist’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I felt rushed, spoken to rudely, and my questions were brushed off instead of being answered respectfully. A healthcare professional should make patients feel comfortable and respected—especially in a setting where many people already feel anxious. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not return and cannot recommend this practice to anyone who values professionalism and basic courtesy.The Rudest Person I have ever met.

The dentist here is a DISGUSTING excuse for a professional. She talks to her patients in the most disgusting rude and inappropriate manner and tone. I asked her one simple question and she pretty much kicked me out of her office. I cannot believe this woman has her license ! I have actual footage of her refusing to answer more than one question because she was busy opening up her mail.. as if that’s more important than her patience who is there with a severe infection. I am UTTERLY disgusted and I warn whomever comes to this office that you will leave here disgusted and untreated: AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

I went to this dentist and im sad to say that she spent a very long time tallking, the dentist told me that i need to extract my widom tooth and we needed approval. I never received a call back after a two week period and my insurance saying i was approved i call the office the receptionist is super unknowledgable and rude for no reason at all. didnt want to give me any instructions on what to do and said i can got anywhere. left me lost and not knowing what to do next once your money is paid you are no longer looked at. it is very sad the society we live in that even the doctors arent professional.

Dr. Yelena is amazing. I have been coming here for many years. I have only had good experiences in this office. Fantastic staff. Friendly and kind Doctors. I highly recommend Magic Touch Dental.

My feedback is extremely positive. I just finished treatment and repair of my teeth in this office. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctors’ assistants and the doctors themselves are very professional and attentive people. I am very pleased with their work.
