Everyone at Madison Vet has always been welcoming and supportive. In fact there’s been a few surprise friends who became employees there after we’ve been going there for years and that has made us even more comfortable. Even when we had to saw goodbye to our loving boy Rocky to hello to our new loving boy Axel and our fun loving cats Skittles, Felix and Lola. They have not hesitate to direct us with care, passion and support. Thank you Madison Vet!

Thank you to Dr. Taylor and everyone at Madison Veterinary Hospital for making an incredibly difficult day just a little bit easier. We had to say goodbye to our Wyatt today and the room, the staff, and Dr. Taylor were incredible. It’s never easy to say goodbye to your pets so on behalf of our family, thank you for the way in which you helped shepherd us through this difficult moment. We appreciate it more than you know, and I know Wyatt appreciated the goodbye treats too!

The staff members were very friendly and kind. They were welcoming and treated my puppy, Nova as if she were one of their own. Dr. Taylor kept a very calm and friendly demeanor and answered all the questions I had for him as well as gave me some advice on how to handle and train Nova. I just felt very comfortable in trusting them with the care of my babygirl.

Absolutely love Dr. TOM. I've been going to Madison since Dr. Faulkner was the owner. Dr. Tom had big shoes to fill but he excelled. He has performed several surgeries on dogs past and present and keeps my dog healthy. He likes to rule out what he thinks before just doing random tests. He has diagnosed my dogs, my family's dogs and now my neighbors dog when other clinics have failed. He doesn't talk down to you or above your head. He explains everything thoroughly and several times if needed. His staff is also very caring and truly give great customer service. No other veterinarian in NE Ohio compares. Milo & I love Dr. Tom and his staff!

My fur baby was diagnosed by another vet in an emergency. I was told my options and I decided I would take him to Madison veterinarian clinic to have him euthanized. I have seen Dr. Berry and Dr. Tom in the Past for his health. My experience with this was amazing. They reassured me that I was doing the right thing. They let me spend as much time with him as I needed. I also chose to have him cremated, they allowed him to take his favorite toy with him. It was a very hard day ,but they made it easier. I highly recommend them and if and when I am ready for another fur baby I know who my veterinarian will be.
