Not clean. Stuff is very rude. Brother has bed sores. My brother was Transfer to a different Facility. When he was moved , they did not help the people put them on the bus nor his belong. Is personal items come up missing.

This place is an absolute dump hole. The bathrooms are disgusting, garbage cans over flowing and toilets are never cleaned. It smells like a port a John. The housekeeping is almost no existent. There’s food crusted to the floor. Almost every nurse there is only there for a pay check. And half the time the residents don’t even receive their medication. Don’t bother placing your loved ones there unless you want them to die.

My Dad passed away in 2021 there. They were good to my dad, but there was a nurse there at the front that was not a nice individual and her behavior was very odd. She complained in anger to me and mom that my dad said inappropriate things. Well, of course he did; he had Alzheimer's. Then he had to go to the bathroom one day and she was very rude to me about asking for assistance to help him to the bathroom. It was just this one nurse. Everyone else was great. The only thing I would say is when it is time to interview nurses/nurse aides to make sure that they really should be in a nursing environment because it takes a very special caring person to work in that environment.

Absolutely do not send your loved ones here. Nursing staff is rude, lack communication skills completely and neglect the residents. They did not notify us when my grandma was sick and suffering. And when I finally talked to them and wanted her sent to the ER they refused.
