I had a great experience at the Surgical center this week! I found myself getting a procedure that I was a bit nervous about. Tecia and Keslin greeted me the minute I walked through the doors. Kyle and another nurse anesthesis were fun and treated me so well. Kandis was extremely kind and compassionate when I woke up and she even made me a follow up appointmentwith Dr. Hansen for the next week. Her laugh is contagious. Dr. Dwight Hansen was wonderful and made sure I was informed, comfortable, and warm which was greatly appreciated. The whole experience was wonderful! Your medical staff was great and represented your facility well! As a side note..the stretcher I was on was broken and very difficult to work with for the poor nurses. After checking in the Ed, I experienced wonderful care. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The care was amazing, especially the nurses Amy and Kallie. They were super attentive, thorough, and quick. They explained my discharge instructions to me and provided education. I have never had such good experience in any other hospital in the area. I would highly recommend Madison memorial hospital.

Great Staff! Very friendly and informative pre & post op nurses! Dr. Max Hansen was very nice and informative. Once they brought me back to pre-op everything went smoothly and the wait was not long. I don’t remember closing my eyes in the operating room and the next thing I know Brooke was speaking to me waking me up!!! Brooke & Dr. Hansen explained everything very thoroughly and my discharge was pretty slick! Thank you!

Everyone was professional kind and friendly. Rosa was great at getting blood from my veins the first try. My veins can be difficult to work with. All of my nurses were kind and caring. Dr. Evans was also kind caring and professional. For having to be in the hospital, they made is be a pleasant experience.

My mother took me here for breakfast once, it was fantastic for the price. Now I enjoy taking my boys here for breakfast now and again. Definitely worth a shot if you want to try something new. Huge omelet for $4 is impossible to beat.
