Madera Medical Pharmacy

If it was possible I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars they never have anything ready they have really rude staff they never take accountability and always make you think it was your fault that your Prescription isn’t ready. They never really look like they want to be there. I had to wait 5 days to get my medication because they said that my doctor had to sign off on it and when I called my doctors office they said that everything was good on there part and they gave the pharmacy a call even after all of that the pharmacy still made me wait one more day. Hands down the worst experience of my life with a pharmacy would never recommend

Saturdays are always the worst days for the pharmacy, with everyone calling in and no one knowing how to run the computers. Schedule says 9am but they really don’t have everything up and running until 10. They should really work on their employee training or just be Monday-Friday

This is (to me) the best Pharmacy in Madera. The worker's are very helpful and polite. And the fact that they can deliver your Prescriptions is a amazing trait for those that cannot go to them. They even have some Products that my Grandmother used when she was younger. Truly a great Pharmacy.

I have been going to Madera Medical Pharmacy since 1979 when Rod first started out! Rod was an amazing man, a wonderful friend and above all else, number 1 when it came to his customers/friends! Now Taj is my new pharmacist and he goes above and beyond in these difficult times. I'm so blessed to still have Madera Medical Pharmacy as my hometown pharmacy!
