Mad River Community Hospital : Adult Day Health Care of Mad River

Wonderful services available to the community, I visited for a chamber mixer and wanted to share how nice everyone was, and explain a bit of the services they provide, including: rehabilitative therapy (physical, occupational, and speech therapy), as well as, registered nurses providing care and intervention, social workers, recreational activities such as arts, bingo, walks in the beautiful garden; nutritional services, specialized program for Alzheimer's and dementia, as well as door to door transportation. Great to learn about this local service located next to Mad River Hospital

I was admitted to ICU with sepsis and they did nothing but pump me full of 8 blood pressure meds until I was hypothermic sweats+ never saw food by day 3 just in case I barfed. and no doctor until day 3 and his only question was about my broken leg pain meds. I had to beg for antibiotics but none came until my mom called and then 1 bag of a antibiotics was administered and I never saw anyone again. cold sweating and starving out of my mind and I needed water so bad and food. while I was there all the other patients in the full ICU died. I was the last one with no one around for hours I unhooked my iv. and walked the 4 blocks home. it was a sunny October day.
