Very disappointed in the Social Worker.She is very unwilling to help my husband in any way with paperwork from the VA . She has had the paperwork for a month now . She gave to paperwork back to my husband and told him she was not going to do them .he was on his own. His DD214 and his medacare and other insurance numbers are in office .my husband has had 4 major strokes .

Would not recommend! Highly understaffed and residents don’t get the care they need, and upper management are very condescending and like to gaslight families.

As a former resident, I highly recommend Macomb Post Acute Care Center to anyone!! Whether it be you or a family member, that needs short term care, long term care, wound care, or physical/occupational/speech therapy. All the staff are great!! They're caring, compassionate and sincere in the care that they give!! Definitely a 5 star rating!!!

We had a good experience at Macomb Post Acute Care. My mom was there for 7 weeks for rehab after breaking her leg and got great care. Yeah we had our ups and downs, but overall I was very pleased with the care she received. The therapy department did a good job getting her ready to go. Thanks again for all your help.

2.9 Stars?? Seriously?? This is the most disgusting place I ever tried to work for. Seriously the Staff are always sitting behind the Station desks Residents waunder constantly. The supposedly Activities worker stayed in the Activity room the 2 days that I did work there. I don't care what lies they put on paper for Agencies that do go investigate. They should be shut down!! I did Housekeeping for 2 days and when the Head of Housekeeping asked me how it was going I asked her if she wanted me to say I was OK or tell her what I was seeing. She asked what do you mean.... I said well the rooms that were supposedly cleaned yesterday by the worker that was supposed to be training me were still filthy. Several dead bugs in the windows, crusty rings in the toilets that would definitely get cleaned
