The staff is so sweet and truly understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to care for my little angel. Dr. MacKoul always makes time for my questions, and her team is amazing about getting back to me quickly whenever I need something. She really listens, takes her time, and makes me feel heard as a mom. I honestly can’t say enough about how grateful I am for her and her wonderful staff.

Dr Anette MacKoul is the BEST pediatrician. I’ve been with her practice since I was a little girl and now I’m 27 with my first baby and I couldn’t be happier with the care my son has received. He was born on a Thursday I left the hospital Saturday and he was seen in office Monday. They’ve always treated my son as their own with so much love and attentiveness. She listens to all of my questions, never makes me feel rushed, and covers every concern. The office staff is incredible I love every single person that works there in the office and the nurses in the back. Any time I call with concern they are quick to see my son often same day and make any first time mom anxiety I have at immediate ease. I have been bringing my son to Dr MacKoul for a year now since he has been born. She has given the best care and I absolutely love her as a doctor! You can tell her and her staff have a passion for what they do. Kate at the door is so friendly and welcoming. Ms Dee and the other nurses are top notch. Dr Mackoul has always given the best care and takes all concerns very seriously. If my son was sick they would have me in same day. The most wonderful service here! I truly recommend this practice for your little one.

If I could give 100, stars I would. I spent the last 6 months getting tossed around by providers for my child and it was always nearly impossible to be seen when sick or injured and the OR was just as bad an option. I spoke with Kate at the front desk and explained the situation and she was able to get me in as a new patient the NEXT DAY! She was so kind and understanding of the circumstances. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the exam rooms were decorated in fun, kid friendly decor. The nurse was funny and kind to my little one and asked thorough questions to get a good understanding of what we were addressing. Dr. Bayruns was phenomenal in listening to our concerns and including my child in her discussion so that she could also feel like she had a say

My son has been a patient of Dr. Mackoul for many years. The office's mask policy reassures him as being careful about spreading illness. He likes the doctor and all the staff. I find the office staff very friendly and extremely efficient! We travel from east Lehigh to see Dr. Mackoul. It is a long drive, there are other doctors closer, but we will continue to go to Dr. Mackoul.
