Macey's Granger Pharmacy

The main pharmacist is pretty awesome. I think his name is Nick if I remember correctly. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for a few months now and based on the biggest run arounds that have left me without certain medications for more than a month due to untrained and uneducated pharmacy staff. Every person I spoke to told me something different which became so aggravating and inconvenient at a certain point. From what I’ve been told is that they have a staff shortage as well so technicians and pharmacists from other stores have been picking up shifts which could also be part of the reason some sound so uneducated and untrained. Overall they have all been really friendly, the only issue is the lack of communication and knowledge when it comes to what they need from the patient, their docto

The staff is friendly, they got a good selection of prepared foods which makes it convenient during lunch time to grab and go .

They have great sales the Taylor's are nice

Poor customer service. I asked someone a question and she gave me very unnecessary attitude. I’m not speaking for all the employees just this individual one, everyone else was very polite and helpful. Her name was Serenity 👎🏼
