Mableton Pharmacy & Uniforms

Hello, I have been a customer of this pharmacy since it was Physicians Pharmacy, which is why it truly pains me to have to leave this review. Recently, I witnessed something that was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. I was in the back of the store looking for a new cane. I believe the staff may have forgotten that I was still there. While I was browsing, a young woman came in whom I have seen at the pharmacy for over a year, possibly longer. We often seem to have prescriptions filled around the same time. As soon as she approached the counter, Jeff immediately said, “Well, I’m not going to be able to fill this prescription again.” His tone was loud and abrupt. It made me turn around immediately. Somehow someone else card got attached to my account and was expired (yes, Jeff, I checked). Human error, I get it. they called me at noon while I was walking into an appt. I told her she would have to call back because I couldn’t verify the number or give a new one where I was. When I realized they hadn’t called me back I called them. When I was met with “we don’t call back after the first call” this rudeness prompted me to actually shop this script around - FORTY dollars a month cheaper at Morgan in Alpharetta and the people couldn’t be nicer. 2 stars because his incredibly rude tone and condescending attitude turned in to me saving a couple hundred bucks a year!

I starting using them when my daughter was finally coming home after being born 23 weeks because she needed some compound meds. I never want to use a big box pharmacy again! There’s only been a couple times I’ve had to have a script filled elsewhere. I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect here, and if they aren’t busy or need a PA they fill my new scripts within minutes. I also love the drive thru when baby is sleeping!

I called this pharmacy to see if they have a prescription in stock because a friend told me they did. The person who answered the phone wasn’t friendly nor polite at all. After I repeated the name of the medication twice I was placed on hold. When he returned he asked if I had any prescriptions with them. When I said no he informed me they had the Rx on back order cutting me off mid sentence. Just seems a little sketchy to me. And also not a nice way to speak to potential customers at all. Very rude and uncaring. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy to be treated this way.

The main pharmacist JEFF is so rude! I care for a lady she’s been going there a while. I heard how he spoke to her on the phone and was shocked (she let him run all over her with an attitude for no reason.) I came in for her after they said they would fill as long she got there was 10 mins before closing.. drive 40 mins from her doctor (she’s in excruciating chronic pain) when I get there he was soooo rude!! He ALWAYS is & when I said “no she’s in pain and yall TOLD ME you would fill it…” the other guy said “you can go elsewhere or wait til tomorrow I don’t care what they told you” . I was SOOOO SHOCKED as she’s been coming there for like over 10 years ! Her appointment is always at 2;30 and lasts til about 4 so we barely make it… it’s messed up how she is treated and I’m sure she hasn’t b
