My Husband has been waiting for weeks for this dentist office to call him and schedule for a Deep Cleaning. Low and behold I called, and the front desk person was so slow talking and didn't have any knowledge. She said "Oh the office mangers aren't here and she put notes under your husbands account. I asked what did the notes say. I said are the letters or numbers...she said numbers. I said tell me what the codes say so I can google them...D4341-Periodontal Scaling and Root-Planning. That easy!!!!! Why didn't they call him back to tell them they could not clean his teeth and he needs to go to a Periodontist? Their front desk personnel are slow and don't know who to do anything else put make appointments and take your money!!!! Disappointing....We had to track them down...
