Mab Gastroenterology

Unfortunately I wasted precious time choosing this provider. When I scheduled doctor was not available for a while so I reluctantly agreed to appointment with nurse practitioner. At check-in, staff insisted I pay upfront in full. I explained I had long ago met my insurance deductible. Staff looked it up and confirmed but still insisted on full payment because I still had not met my out of pocket maximum. I restated the state of my benefits and explained my insurance now pays 80% just to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding. It didn't matter. I would still have to pay in full and come back and collect balance after insurance pays. No, thanks. No other provider I've ever been to has done this knowing I've fully met my deductible. This was waste of time and just to see a nurse practition

Dr. Jethal takes great care of his patients, his bedside manner is wonderful. He takes time to listen to what is happening and help patients understand what and why a patient is exhibiting symptoms. I am thankful that he did my colonoscopy last year and again this year. It was something I was fearing so much but after, I was so glad he was my doctor.

Just left this office and I will never come back here ever again all because of a very petty woman named Brandy. She was unpleasant upon entering. Not welcoming at all. Had a Nasty attitude. The energy was the lowest vibration possible. She proceeded to tell me I had a different primary insurance which I did not. I told her I did not and went to fill out the forms for the visit. When I came back to drop off the forms she had a stack of papers highlighted stating see it says you have another insurance. So I said I would call my provider to find out what was going on. I spoke with a lovely woman named Deja from United Health Care. I explained what I was told and she said the reason why that is showing up is that I was in an automobile accident last year and the auto insurance had been cover

Staff sucks!!!! Nasty rude didn't tell me my authorization wasn't in until 10 min of being in my chair! I'm livid!
