M Health Fairview Urgent Care - North Branch

The nurses and doctors are so so nice but the front desk lady at night picks qnd chooses who she is to be friendly to. My husband had a huge migraine and tooth ache and she treated him like he was rude for going in for that.

My experience at the Fairview Urgent Care North Branch last night was incredible! They were fast! Dr. Moody and his nurse were amazing and addressed my issue/pain immediately. Cannot thank them enough!!! (P.S. I live over an hour away, have plenty of options for closer urgent care . . . nope, I'll drive to North Branch every time!)

Wonderful experience! We had fast service, and our nurse (Theresa) and PA (Isemendson?) had the best bed side manner. So great with my daughter.

We were a walk in for urgent care. Wait time was 30 minutes when I called ahead. We waited in the waiting room for 60 minutes and in the exam room for another 45. The doctor never came after we waited another 15 ontop of the 45 minutes, nor did the nurse we had even update us about why we were waiting so long. In fact her words were, "the doctor will see you when she has time," Waiting over 2 hours to be seen for an urgent matter is ridiculous, especially when you're told it's a short wait time. I also dont appreciate that same nurse taking my toddler by the hand when he's asking for me, and interrupting everything I say to him. Even funnier is when you can hear what the next urgent care patient is registering for and it's a sore arm and they get in immediately.

I have had to bring my boys to urgent care multiple times and every time the providers have been beyond kind. Even though they see patients all day long and must be exhausted, they have been nothing but attentive. Sometimes it can be busy, with some waiting, but that's out of their control and comes with the territory. We've seen each doctor on staff and even though they have many reasons to be rushed and impatient, they have made us feel well cared for.
