Absolutely love yoga with Alex! I've been going to her Wednesday morning classes for a few months now and they are so important to help me get through my week! The music, moves, and words she uses help me customize my yoga experience for whatever my body needs that day. Most recently my hubby attended his first class with us and even as his first time doing yoga he was able to tune in and really enjoyed his experience! I highly recommend checking her out!

This review is long overdue!! I first saw Alex for a 60-minute mindful massage 7 months ago when I was dealing with severe neck pain. I booked the massage on very short notice and really appreciated her flexibility in fitting me in. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and positive energy—both from her and the space itself. Our first session was deeply impactful. Her work helped me release so much tension, and I am so grateful to have found her. After that initial visit, I signed up for a recurring package and have been seeing her once a month for the past 6 months. With my long history of neck and back pain, she has been instrumental in helping me release tension and prevent major flare-ups. Alex is kind, welcoming, skilled, and genuinely caring! My experience with Alex was wonderful! From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly, and welcomed into an environment that invited well being and healing. The massage was relaxing, slow and careful, tailored to my personal needs. I was given the choice of having conversation or silence. I chose conversation. The depth of caring and listening Alex gives is Amazing! I found the healing path I need and will schedule again!

Alexandra is amazing! The minute you walk into her studio, you are relaxed by the environment, sounds, and her presence. She brings intention to the massage, Focusing on your breath, and really relaxing to get the ultimate session. Highly recommend Alex and her body work services.

This was my very first time getting a massage and all I have to say is, WOW! WOW! WOW! Alex is absolutely OUTSTANDING! First, the massage space, as well as the rest of the home is stunning and inviting. I felt safe, relaxed and comfortable which is saying a lot because I was very unsure of how my first massage would go. Alex went above and beyond to spend time before the massage getting to know me and helping ease my anxiety. She catered to every request I had and checked in with me when I needed it. She truly listened to what I needed and actually cared about my experience. It was a rare experience for me. I would recommend this to anyone who is unsure about getting a massage or anyone that is interested in receiving the highest quality massage possible.
