M Health Fairview Patient & Visitor Ramp

Elevators aren’t working for days now. Today, one stuck open in tunnel with all floors pressed. One not running. The only running elevator doesn’t stop on floor 2. You have to take the stairs either up or down which is AWESOME when you need to get to handicap parking. Nobody at exit booth, nobody answering phones in office or valet. Can’t use valet due to germ risk for our family member in the hospital. Filing ADA complaint with the state next. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Park on the street or anywhere else but here.

Conveniently located however if you have a truck there are no ramps in the area tall enough for a bigger truck. Most day 6'8" or 7' so drive a short vehicle if you want to park in a ramp close to where you are going.

If you are attempting to exit the ramp, take a right when you get to the 3rd floor sign on the wall. You can go right or left, but left will put you back into parking and not exit.

Though the reason for being here wasn't a positive thing, the staff was. They were extremely accommodating. Between the 30+ people visiting & the constant questions we had, every staff member was so polite and truly made us feel the best we could in a horrible situation.

If you are parking here for the hospital it is a good choice, there is an underground tunnel to the hospital and yes the rates are high but if you are visiting a patient or are one you can get a nurse to validate your ticket and it is a reduced price which is close if not the same rate as other parking ramps. Finding a parking spot can be difficult but with 7 levels you are sure to find at least one :)
