M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center

I live in Champlin and at age 77 had to get up at 5am to bring my daughter for out patient surgery. Her doctors and nurses were supportive and informative. When they took my daughter I went to the Cafe for badly needed coffee. I saw I was too early for breakfast, and was looking at the menu. A worker came and offered to prepare an order for me. It may seem a small thing, but I would have waited for the posted hour. Being attended to was extremely meaningful. My daughter got the care here she had needed for a long time. I was treated more well than I would have asked for.

The emergency room here is terrible. The first person I met was the heavy set blonde nurse manager who was a terrible woman. I guess you can't expect much when leadership sucks at a hospital, and that's what we got. Every nurse was rude and condescending, and no one wanted to do their job. Wich is to help people. We arrived at 930 am and didnt leave until 430. They did a ct scan, and an x-ray in the room before 11. We waited over 4 hours for the dr to read scans. All while they didn't control my father's pain. One nurse even walked in and bad mouthed another patient in another room. Truly unprofessional, and terrible nursing staff.

I see alot of bad reviews but I can say I have always been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely know there are people worse of then I was a few times and of course your going to wait a little longer. Staff has always been easy to work figuring out what needed to be done. Thank you for always getting me fixed up! Tonight was one of these nights!

I have taken my 82 year old mother here a few times over the years. We get such fantastic service. Very short wait time today, quick to get service and tests back. Very organized nurses. Polite and friendly. Very consistent great service!

I have only sincere appreciation for the care I have received here, every time needed. Every staff member has been courteous, caring and knowledgeable. They are examples of professionals with caring. I'll continue to recommend this to anyone.
