I would highly suggest that your go to Walgreens Pharmacy or CVS pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed with M & F pharmacy’s failure to follow standard procedures, resulting in a delay, inconsistent information, and a lack of professionalism. During my interaction, a “pharmacist” stated that procedures were not followed because he was “busy” and “trying to do me a favor,” rather than adhering to New York State laws and established guidelines. This statement raised serious concerns for me about whether medications are dispensed based on personal discretion instead of applicable legal and safety requirements, and whether appropriate licensed oversight was in place at the time or at any given time. Due to these concerns, I will be filing formal complaints with the NYS Education Department Off

Great local pharmacy, was able to fill my prescriptions more reliably than all the major pharmacies. My insurance no longer covers them and I appreciate them even more now that I have to deal with other pharmacies. :(

If you're looking for a pharmacy that feels like a family member who has seen it all and still has a smile for you, M&F Pharmacy is holding space and steady for you at the corner of Prospect and Nostrand is your spot. This place is a whole mood. The OLD timey vibes aren't a gimmick; this joint has been poppin' since the 1940s, and you can tell. Tho unlikley its the same WW2-era bosses. No cap, the attentive care here hits different. While the big-box pharmacies treat you like a barcode, these folks make you feel seen and heard. They'll actually remember your name and ask about your cat or what shenanigans caught you up during the nabes infamous Labor Day Parade. The convenience is unmatched—no need to hike through a superstore maze. It's a quick in-and-out that still feels personal.

I live in Washington DC. My 77 year old brother lives on Roger Ave. when I call them they are always responsive. They always deliver his medication with the quickness. Hurrah for Them.

It doesn't matter when my prescriptions get sent or how many times I call ahead, 4 out of 5 times I still have to stand around because they don't start filling my meds until I'm physically in the pharmacy. Doesn't matter how busy it is. A few years ago it was the best pharmacy I've ever used, with quick and personable customer service. It's been really disappointing and frustrating.
