Lynnfield Dental Associates

Today was my 1st appt at Lynnfield Dental, and it was a wonderful experience start to finish. I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and, admittedly, have not gone regularly in far too long. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and Addie is an incredible hygienist - she walked me thru every step of what she was doing, checked in with me throughout, asked if I needed breaks. Her calm energy helped to keep me calm too, which was wonderful. I felt so well taken care of and left with a treatment plan of how to tackle some ongoing issues and to keep me coming back regularly so I don’t fall back into old habits. I’m so grateful for their kindness and compassion, and am so happy with my decision to become a patient at their office. Thank you Lynnfield Dental team!

Dr Dehni is a true master of his craft. I broke my tooth and his office staff got me right in. I was very nervous but they explained everything to me after a full evaluation before they worked on tooth. I couldn’t believe it. It didn’t hurt a bit and I am beautiful again…. If there were six stars that wouldn’t be enough.

Oct. 14, 2024 Today was my first visit at Lynnfield Dental. I am very nervous about the dentist. Because of that it has left me with many dental issues. I can’t even begin to put into words how wonderful The whole office is! From the front desk to the Dentist himself! I spent most of my time with Adriana the dental hygienist today. Lots of pictures and X-rays. She was fantastic! She explained everything and made the experience so much more comfortable than I thought it would be. I wasn’t nervous at all. I have a long list of things that need to be done and I actually can say I’m excited to get going!! I have NEVER EVER said that about the dentist! I wish I had found them years ago! As the saying goes better late than never!

I had poor work done by a dentist at this practice. Their customer service is as horrible as the crowns I got done at this place. First crown I needed because my tooth was cracked. The day of service they talked me into a second crown (that I am not sure now I even needed) Well after a horrible job and experience I went back to my old dentist. He discovered that I was left with an open margin and the crown would have to be redone. I made every attempt to nicely make it right with Lynnfield Dental to pay me back for that crown so I can redo it. Needless to say, It has been a long time of back and forth. After legal advice they offered me half of my money back. Not acceptable. I might have to take my case to small claims court at this point. Beware, they clearly don't stand by their work.

Appointment with the dental hygienist was pleasant. She answered all my questions and offered very helpful information for my dental care. Thank you.
