Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care - Lynnfield

Went to this Lynnfield location during a snowstorm first thing in the morning I made the appointment the night before from my bed. I never knew this existed and It’s only a mile away from my house. Wonderful experience! The man who checked me in was so kind and pleasant he also ended up doing my chest x-ray. The nurse who did my testing and EKG was incredibly kind and warm. The NP was also great. The process of scheduling appointment was simple. I did it at 10 PM on a Friday night for a 9:40 AM appointment. Facility was clean and welcoming. I got right into my appointment. They did lots of test testing before prescribing medication. It was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had and I’m thrilled to know they are nearby in my town! A+ service.

Took my son there Sunday morning started Intake was a couple little hiccups with intake Women doing intake was short and not receiving of information I was trying to convey . Got into room quickly nurse came in all good Dr came in all good sent son for a X-ray X-ray tech was same woman who checked us in asked her if she wanted me to go with her and son to X-ray room she mumbled as walking out door didn't catch it So I stay in room they came back then we sat and waited 30 minutes or so for a result all Was good no issues . Nurse asked if son wanted foot brace I said is it really necessary she said Dr suggested it but if you don't want it that's fine I said I just don't want a $400 bill after for it as that it actually just happened to me a month ago when he Rolled his ankle I got a $400 bil

The clinic upstairs is great. Urgent care. Nope. Woman at the front desk was beyond rude to my kid and tried to tell us we can't be seen. They were not closed. After some arguing, we were seen. The way she treated an older women next in line was atrocious. This women should not be at a desk helping the public. The rest of the experience went well and what needed to be done was done. I hope more people report this girl. It was the absolute stereotype of a front desk worker who hates her job and the people she is there to care for. I have a feeling we aren't the only ones she misdirected her inappropriate attitude towards. 12/18/25 6:32pm just in case a supervisor wants to look into it.

Urgent care. Super easy to book. Taken right away. Very pleasant front desk, medical assistant and nurse practitioner. Involved the patient in decision making. Easy parking.

Omg. Horrible. Never called before had a question I getting blood work there as to not do two trip to Danvers. It was suggested by my drs office I. Danvers. Since I live at MS how convenient that would if been . The east on the call wouldn’t even let me finish why I was calling. Kept saying why are you calling as I tried to finish my sentence. Really. Health care. Terrible
