I was in a car accident a year ago and suffered from a lot of pain and stiffness when I first came to Thrive. I've been getting 2-4 massages per month for the past four months now. My goal was to be able to move with more ease and with less pain. Andy's deep tissue massages have done this for me and have provided enormous relief! From the moment I walk in, Andy pays attention to body ques to help inform him on what I need during my sessions while also listening to and taking into consideration what I think I need. Andy is good at taking direction, "more of this, less of that" but I have found that very little of that has been required as he is very intuitive and demonstrates great mastery of many massage therapy techniques so he has many tools in his "tool belt" to provide me with what I

I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Andy and Lynnea. They both have different strategies which means you can get the best of both worlds depending on your needs. Both of these people are kind, accommodating and quite knowledgeable in their craft and I know I will be receiving the best care when I need certain muscle groups that require particular attention. They both welcome questions and are open to suggestions or input should you prefer a lighter touch, request an area to be avoided or ask for more intense treatment on another area. I have been regularly receiving treatment for about a year now and will happily continue with Thrive.
