Brought my nephew for Appointment at 950 am. Called back for pre assessment after the first hour. Called back to see doctor after 3 hours. Then sat back there another hour. Finally saw doctor after 4 1/2 hours waiting. We had to drive 3 hours to and from for appt. So over 10 hours for this appointment. This is ridiculous! Absolutely no regard for patient time or inconvenience. No matter how good a doctor may be, no excuse for such waste of time.

I highly recommend Dr. Perry. She has been my ophthalmologist for several years now, and performed cataract surgery on me. She's very thorough and takes her time to explain everything. Dr. Perry is also patient, calm and kind. She truly cares about her patients and wants them to be well informed so they can make good decisions.

My wife and I are from out of town. We were told the appointment was at 10:05am. We were told when we arrived that the Dr. Perry was running 2 hours late. Why didn't Dr. Perry's office reach out and let us know about the delay?? I had parents in the medical profession and would never treat patients that way. I just noticed the reviews and realize this is a common occurrence. I understand things happen and appointments can be pushed back but obviously there is a problem.

I saw Dr. Perry this morning for YAG treatment of a PCO 5 years post cataract surgery. I found Dr. Perry to be highly skilled, adept, professional and efficient and will continue to seek her care if needed.

I love MUSC all of my doctors are there.. But this is by far one of the worst experience with a doctor that I’ve had. I wait at least an hour just to see her every visit.. my last visit I went all the way down town where I’ve been going for the past year only to learn my appointment was in Summerville which I never even new there was an office there,would have been scheduling there. They tell me down town to go to Summerville, I get to Summerville they tell me I have to reschedule she’s already 2 hour behind, for an appointment I already wait 3 months for.. I would never reschedule ever.. I have Scleritis and I really needed something to help today..not on the next visit.. I would never recommend her.. Sorry 😞
