After my consultation I called with a few questions about my wisdom tooth removal, and the receptionist/assistant was extremely rude for no reason. She had an attitude the entire time and acted inconvenienced to have a conversation with me. I’d also like to add that while I was in the waiting room she was on the phone with a patient talking to them poorly, and as soon as she got off the line started talking about them to the other girl at the front desk loudly to the point we could all hear her (can’t imagine what was said about me after our call). I decided to take my needs elsewhere. After my consultation at the new place I was informed they get a lot of new patients from this same place because of this same woman. It’s a shame because the surgeon was so nice and seemed extremely capable

Sadly 1 week after surgery I had a receptionist argumentative with me all because I called and asked a simple question. She said that they have so many patients and that my son was 24 and in there a month ago they would not be able to remember what happened to him. But he was in there 1 week ago today and he is 21 She said that was not true??? Dr Asher was great. The younger girl at desk was great however their office staff on the phone does not know how to talk to their patients very sad I wonder if Dr Asher even knows his business is handled this way in the front of the business when he himself is top notch.

I had been going through a long drawn out issue about getting a tooth pulled. I tried going to a dentist and oral surgeon that my insurance company would cover but each time I tried they each had different excuses as to why they couldn’t pull it. Finally I said forget the insurance. I now have 3 bad teeth instead of just one. I looked up oral surgeons near me and I found Dr. Lynn Ascher. I called the office and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and she scheduled an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Asher very quickly. I went to the office and filled out my paperwork. Then did the panoramic xray and met with the oral surgeon. He listened to all of my concerns and questions. He answered everything and was confident that he could extract all 3 teeth without any problems. As I

Dr. Asher and his assistants were very kind and professional! The dental environment was relaxing and calm. Would 100% recommend!

Do not recommend! The dentist himself was so rude and he got annoyed with me to the point during my single tooth removal he was slamming tools around and getting an attitude with me cause I told him I could feel what he was doing. I had high anxiety walking in and I made that clear and they just acted annoyed with me the entire time. Once my procedure was done the dentist simply got up and just left didn’t say a word to me. He’s assistant asked if I needed a minute before standing and I said no she said okay let’s walk you to the door there is is there, points and walks away, no one tells me to have a good day or thanks for coming in nothing… I’ve never been more traumatized by a dentist visit in my life. Horrible horrible customer service and I left in tears and no one seemed to care.
