Poorly managed Dental care process. Their system is not set up for patient success or care. They do one thing at a time. One appointment for X-rays. Another for a simple cleaning. Another appointment to address cavities, only two cavities at a time can be addressed. Each of these appointments are 2-3 months apart, you can only call on the second Tuesday of the month to make an appointment. If you miss that window you can’t make an appointment. The Dentists say it’s because they have a high amount of patients and because management only allows them 30-45 minutes per patient to maximize traffic and number of patients seen even though patients seen aren’t actually receiving thorough and complete care. Worst hospital ever, I have been bringing my son with vomiting and asking for blood work and referrals and apparently no pediatrician can give him anything and the phrase they tell me is you have to see the pcp first, and I was told to go to urgent care that I can get blood work done for him there and I come and the MA says to my 3 year old get down screaming at him in a rude voice tone, and I look at her and tell her to wait I’m taking his jacket off, and she rolls her eyes, she is Hispanic Dominican lady, than she takes me to the room and says wait for the doctor and complain with her, that is what the MA says , than when I’m complaining about seeing so many pediatricians and telling the PA Marina Demild the situation and ask her for lab order or referral she says she can’t give me those

I worked with Lilli the transportation care coordinator on obtaining free transportation to dentist, eye doctors, primary care, urgent care, specialists my son needs . Because of my work schedule we had a hard time reaching each other. She was so polite, thoughtful and patient and helpful. I'd recommend this office for single moms who needs assistance with resources like the free mass health rides.

Called to set up a new patient appointment was told the waitlist was 9 months to a year and got hung up on when I said I would like to be added to the waitlist. I’d rather not be a patient after that phone call.

Awful service. They’ll only help you after they leave you on hold for 35 minutes and hanging up. I had to call back and scold at another lady who didn’t do anything wrong and proceeded to get the information I need within 5 minutes. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna get played in your face
