Was pleased with efficiency of getting an appointment, and front office staff were helpful and friendly. Dentist is nice - but I went with my 11-year old - and we were seen at the same time. They never told me how her appointment went or provide me with any information on her teeth whatsoever. They also didn't manage expectations for the first appointment, just a brief look at my mouth, but my daughter got a cleaning (also her first visit). All of this happened in less than 30 minutes. I worry they put efficiency over care and communication. I am considering not going back to the actual cleaning appointment. The whole thing didn't feel thorough or professional.

All the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Dr. Reid for giving me MY smile back! And a shout out to Christine at the reception desk for her patience and kindness with all my insurance questions. I happened to break my front tooth one night and was looking for a new dentist. Some of my co-workers went here and said they had a great experience. A little back story about me. I HATE DENTISTS!!! I had many terrible experiences with other dental offices. I went to see Dr. Ronoldo and not only her, but her entire staff are excellent. I never felt any pain or anything uncomfortable while she worked on my tooth. I never even felt the needle for the novocaine. She is the best! After my visit she set up an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Normally I would just get whatever I needed to get done and then never come back. This is not the case with Dr. Ronoldo. My dental office that I was using stopped accepting my insurance. I called Lyndon Family Dental and spoke with Christine to schedule an appointment for a cleaning just before Thanksgiving. I was expecting to get one set up for sometime in 2024. I was able to get an appoint with-in a week. When it came time for my appointment date, I checked in with Christine she is the friendliest office staff I have met in a long time. She had me take a seat in the lobby and with in 5 minutes, I was called to go back to get my cleaning started. The hygienist Patti, introduced herself and explained to me what she services she was about to perform. She explained the tool she was going to use to help with the cleaning. My husband and I have been going to Lyndon Family Dental for years. We cannot say enough good things about this practice. Everyone there from receptionists, hygienists and both dentists are knowledgeable, efficient and always professional. Appointments are never rushed, always on time, all questions answered. The office is immaculate and state of the art. We have recommended Lyndon Family Dental to several friends. They are all as satisfied with the office as we are.
