There is a reason there is an overall 2.8 rating. The NPs notes indicate her highest concern was that I was "late" and by late --I wasn't early. No clear direction of action or treatment plan. Unable to upload a document in my chart after I had to print and hand deliver to their office. Waste of time.

Absolutely abysmal experience here, would never recommend to anyone. Made the appointment for hip pain after a trip to the er. Had an x ray, because the er didn’t do one, and that was absolutely fine. When Dr. Mitchel Cooper came in the do an exam is when the appointment took a turn, crashed, and burned. He did a physical exam around the areas I told him hurt, not where it actually hurt but my abdomen. After I tried to correct him to where my pain was, I was completely ignored. Now I do have kidney issues and see multiple doctors for them, so I know they are trying to do their jobs, and I know how to speak up to doctors when they are doing something that hurts or doesn’t feel right. I am also aware that doctors can only help when patients tell the truth and speak up. Dr. Cooper ignored eve

I have been here a number of times and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time, from the ladies at the check-in desk to Dr. Al-Alim and his staff, as well as the check-out process. Even when one time I put the wrong address in my GPS and showed up 20 minutes late, the Doctor was still kind enough to see me, and didn't make me feel like I messed up his schedule. He seems to really care and I love that he gives me multiple options, even showing me what kind of brace and exercise equipment he wanted me to order online, in the hopes of holding off with any procedures. As a side note, I also brought my mom to the walk-in Injury Center at this same location following a fall she sustained, and everyone was super nice and accommodating and we were in and out much quicker th

Orthopedic doctor is very non chalant with telling you your diagnosis. Doesn't offer much explanation and leaves without any type of goodbye or hope you feel better. I've noticed only certain doctors/practices in the LVHN realm care. This one bearly lets you explain then tells you matter of factly what you have and offers no real plan of care.

Dr Daniel Torres Is the WORST surgeon to deal with. Had a follow up today and he didn’t say hello didn’t ask how I was doing none of that didn’t ask how my pain is. Didn’t explain anything about recovery or what’s going on I’ve never had surgery before and he’s making it seem like I should kno all these answers already. Then he left out the room and his PA sided with me about his rude demeanor. She also said I had a rlly big surgery too and explained I should be feeling pain but dr Torres made it seem like it was some lil surgery and everyone should already know how ti recover from a surgery. Because of how BAD this interaction was I will only be dealing with st Luke’s hospital. If this is the service you give people after a MAJOR surgery I could only imagine how he treats other patients.
