Was told to call the urgent line and press 0 before going to the ER. Upon doing so, I was told “I don’t know why you would call, just go”. So I explained to this horrid woman why I called (again because I was told to call before going) and she hung up on me. I’ve been in contact with Ranju Gupta among many other LVHN medical officers and I think it’s now time to get an attorney involved. LVHN obstetric care is the biggest joke of them all. I genuinely hate you people. Oh and by the way, I record all calls and keep documentation of everything. The office manager Crystlyn Burbon admitted on my recorded line to violating LVHN policy. Couldn’t be more please with my annual visit with Alexis A. Wislotsky, PA-C, MMS, MMS. She was attentive and showed so much care. I have never felt for comfortable and heard with a medical provider. Such a gem!

I had a last-minute medical concern and called hoping to be seen the same day. To my surprise, I was scheduled right away. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. Dr. DeFulvio was incredibly attentive, professional, and informative. He had already reviewed my chart before I came in, which made the appointment feel personal and efficient. GPS took me to a whole different area and made me 14 mins late, I traveled a hr away with 2 kids to get a attitude from the staff and was told yeah no u have to reschedule also after waiting 4 months to get this appointment. Waited my gas I didn’t have to waist and my time.
