Worst experience — unprofessional and disrespectful I had my teeth cleaning here in December. Normally, I do cleanings every six months, but this time I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. It has only been two months, and I called simply to schedule another cleaning because I did not feel the previous one was done well. However, the experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping me, the receptionist immediately became defensive and said, “Inna is a licensed professional,” as if I was not allowed to have my own opinion or concerns. Luxury Dental, PC is professional and welcoming — Dr. Firdman and the team are skilled, gentle, and explain everything clearly (recent cleaning/check-up was thorough and painless). I'm so glad I gave Luxury Dental PC another chance after our initial scheduling mishap! When I went to the office to discuss the appointment confusion, the staff was incredibly pleasant and apologetic. They explained that I was supposed to receive a text confirmation as well, which I hadn't gotten. They quickly rescheduled us, and I'm so grateful they did because the actual experience was wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
