This office deserves ZERO stars due to their lack of professionalism and care for their patients. You have to call multiple times to even get an appointment, and if you’re lucky to get through, the appointment is at LEAST 2-4 months out. The office closes at 4pm and I was supposed to have an appointment at 3pm. Assuming they just wanted to leave early, they called me 6 times to try to cancel my appointment instead of allowing my insurance company a few minutes to update their system. When I spoke to the rude receptionist I was asking her to give them time and that they would ensure it was updated by the time of my appointment, and she nor the doctor was willing to wait and offered to give me a new appointment 3 months out. I explained to her the insurance would comply by my appointment tim

Dr M Gayle was amazing. I had a great experience with him, he was on time, and very gentle and thorough. He is also an excellent conversationalist. It was a good first experience with him, I highly recommend him.
