She took the wrong measurements and I had to go back Then she really let me have it on front of employees all laugjin. She stated as a favor she World alloe me pick another frame not more than $5 more becausr this was the only time dhe was doing this. Thede were midread as well I don't know if it was because of hermosa or the lab. This person is not an asueto to yourj company. I am moving to Orlando and I will spread the Word I already have!

This is for the Aventurea office Was there last year and was very happy with everything. The optometrist was knowledgeable and friendly and the girls in the front were pleasant. This year I went back and again the optometrist was very good and even asked about a referral she provided previously. However, when it was time to place my order and choose I felt rushed. The young lady was a bit annoyed. The result is that my glasses are not useable. I have tried to wear them but I get headaches. I attempted to bring the glasses back, but they were very busy and and were unable to attend me. I don't drive due to PTSD from an accident and depend on a ride from a family member. I had to leave after an abrasive encounter with one of the Cuban ladies in the front. I have to continue using my glas

This is the worst company for any customer service. No one at Corporate will contact you if you have any issue. Tried for 2 weeks and no one at office will pick up phone just keep you on hold. No wonder the management in the Weston store is so poor in customer relations . Great way to run a business!!!! Do your self a favor and stay away. Definately never pay for glasses until delivery or you will have no leg to stand on.

I went to see Betty Borsky 4 weeks ago I ordered my glasses $149.99. My daughter took them back as the bifocal were bad. Now they purposely do not answer their phone. I want my money back. Ugo has the glasess. They don’t call me back what is this? I want my money back for the glasses.
