LuxMed Urgent Care

I started with a phone call to the office and the lady on the phone was very professional and helpful, I let her know that would be stopping by in a moment. When I arrived I needed to fill out a form and waited to be called which wasn’t long. The nurse I met with made me feel welcomed and explained what was going to take place clear and most importantly she listened to my issues. When the doctor enter it only got better. She was informative and so helpful. They were all so kind, helpful and informative but most of aok a prime example of how the medical profession should treat the patient. Thank you for the wonderful experience it was deeply appreciated.

The whole staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Sophia and her staff are amazing. Absolutely the best place i have ever been to receive medical assistance. Thank you all! God bless!!!

I visited LuxMed today because I wasn’t feeling well, and to keep it short, my experience was awesome. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and the wait time was great. I usually send my family there, but today was my first time going for myself. I can confidently recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you to the LuxMed staff and Dr. McLeod!

Dr. Sophia Is one of the best doctor I have ever seen she understands the situation help the patient and provide the best service and the nurse and staff is also so nice and kind. Best experience ever.
