On a recent hunting trip I got something in my eye and ended up in the ER. They recommended I see a local eye doctor the next morning, and I’m so glad I came to this office. The staff and doctor were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They quickly took care of the issue and had me back in the woods right away. I couldn’t be more appreciative of this team and the excellent care they provided!

I am visiting Salida and needed repairs to glasses that I accidentally sat on! Everyone here deserves 5 stars. They are friendly, helpful, efficient and fixed my glasses.

People were fake nice. Charged us twice for $220 frames when one pair was under $175. When brought to their attention they went to the back to bring out 2 different lenses, not matching our set, to match the price they charged. During the $220 exam they did not accurately access their vision, leading to little to no improvement in vision. Definitely would recommend against unless you have over $900 to blow on cosmetic glasses. Good day.

Probably the worst experience in 48 years of wearing glasses. I originally saw Dr. Melzer, twice. Both times the prescriptions he gave me were totally not right. I get my glasses through Zenni and they have always been great so I had no doubt it wasn't the glasses but the prescription. I wrote a letter to Dr. Lund expressing my frustration and asked if he could do an exam. He did, however the prescription he gave me was the worst of all. He said that he "could not write a prescription that would allow me to see clearly" << exact quote. I clarified that I would never see clearly and he said yes. Of course this brought tears to my eyes. Instead of offering any kind of comforting words or anything, he immediately called in his assistant to apparently witness my tears. I had to get up on my ow

*UPDATE* THING SEEM TO BE BACK TO THE NORMAL SERVICE I HAVE BEEN USED TO! I USED to love this eye clinic been going for 20+ years up until my last appointment. That appointment i was a half hour early. I got back to the room pulled out my contacts and I sat waiting for an hour past appointment time. Had to leave as i had a meeting to go to. Put my contacts back in a dark room with no mirror or solution . So irritating. I thought appointments are so everyone stays on schedule..... My daughter went to her appointment and they gave her a contacts that were kinda right to try as they didn't have correct prescription for one. Don't mind the headache...... Then i asked for her prescription for contacts and they write it for her glasses. Needless to say i don't have any thing to say unfortunate
