Always such a great experience at Luna Dermatolgy. From the moment you walk in to check in you are greated with a smile and "its great to see you again". All of the staff are so friendly and nice. Very professional but with the ability to keep you at ease. My annual skin check exams are always thorough and feel that you are their only priority. You are not rushed in and out. Our family has the upmost trust, confidence, and respect for Luna Dermatolgy.

I go to Dr Bair on a regular basis, I have always loved the entire team, but yesterday was such a profoundly good experience I am moved to write this review. I made my appointment months ago to get a CO2 laser on my face neck and chest (not an easy procedure!) I was very nervous as the day approached and constantly emailed the front desk team to the point of me being annoying, they all were so patient, informative and soothing. The day of procedure came and I give everyone an A++++, the discomfort is so minimal as the team numbed me completely, Dr Bair preformed the procedure with such professionalism I was astounded how little it hurt and how well the entire day went. Luna Dermatology is a gem. Every single person who works there is so sweet and kind. Highly recommend making them your dermatology office!

I have been going to LUNA for several years. The staff is always extremely professional and friendly. However, over the past year or so, the wait time has become very challenging. I am always on time for my appointments and end up waiting almost 30-45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. I even switched from the New Paltz office to the Kingston office because there often isn't even enough parking at the New Paltz Office for the volume of patients they book. Unfortunately, I waited almost an hour to finally be seen at the Kingston office. My time is valuable and I have a high responsibility job. It can feel disrespectful to have to consistently endure the wait time.
