This location was wonderful and I wish there were more of them in the state. The only ask is to have social workers advise not imply or coerce patients to go into residency. Leave those decisions to the patient and the family at large. I know the mental health space is tricky with HIPPA laws. But once release of information from patient is provided make it a holistic approach. A one side fits all approach does not always work. The entire Behavior Health Space needs a collaborative effort with family involvement when appropriate. But thank you all for your efforts!

I was a patient here. I was and still am suicidal. They discharged me even when I told them that I was still unsafe and I might hurt myself when I get out but they deemed I was “better”. Not even two weeks later I was hospitalized again. I told them I was still very suicidal and they didn’t listen to me. I’m only giving two stars Becuase the nurses and environment is nice. Food is great as well. You can tell you cares about the patients and who don’t. I may go back due to episodes coming back but my issues are more so with the social worker and psychiatrist. Everything else is fine and clean.

HORRIBLE facility they let my mom go today with no medication and in the same condition because they don’t have proper interpreters for my mom and her emergency contact which is my aunt , having delusions and paranoia , they let the trigger constantly communicate with her and didn’t take in consideration what my mom told my aunt threatening self harm and harm for her trigger (her alcoholic husband) all calls are recorded and if something happens to my mom the hospital will have full liability for being negligent. I called and talked to someone in patient advocacy department and all the employee said was “I’ll relay this information to who ever is taking care of her if she’s even in this facility “ next thing you know they discharge her the next day I’m leaving this review to express my an

All of the staff was so patient and understanding with me and they do a great job to make sure we’re working through our issues and not just sitting around all day. Like, games, bonding activities, a library, 1 on 1 therapy sessions, tv time, etc. Shout out to all the staff because they kept a smile on their faces and enjoyed getting to know us and talk to us🥰❤️!

2 1/2 stars... I had a family member here for 5 days. When you walk in the security acts childish they are always on their phone and act like your inconvenience them. I have never had issue with the front desk receptionist. They do feed you very well and the place is clean but family member said she felt like the staff was lazy and would skip some days taking them outside even when it was nice out. Which being outside in the sun is important to your mental health. They would do alot of arts and crafts and music therapy with the patients which was very nice.I did like her provider even though I only got updates on her health one time. My problem was the security I think they are a joke.
