Very unprofessional clinic. I got a response of my procedure after two months in a half. They kept cancelling my appointments and was not able to see him until I called several times to make the appointment again. When I saw him, he was asking me if I had already finished with my treatment. I didn't know He found a bacteria on the procedure he done months ago (they never reach out to me) and that I needed the medication. The medication was a strong medication. Today I came to the appointment and was late 3 minutes because I got lost on the buildings, I also reach out to them to inform and he denied to see me and asked to reschedule. People please!!! If you can avoid unprofessional doctors or clinics like him please do. This is a risk.

I have been calling to try to make an appointment for over a week. Nobody answered the phone when I put my call back in for them to call back when that person is available. Nobody calls back. I’ve done that three times so how in the hell am I supposed to make an appointment when I have a referral to come here Sharon Skinner

Was admitted to the hospital for what turned out to be an obstructed bowel. Was referred to this group by the hospital for follow-up care and monitoring. I called twice a day for 3 consecutive days and not once was the phone answered. I left several detailed messages and never recieved a callback. I had to find a different practice and book an appointment with them. I did see the comments regarding staffing issues, and I feel bad for the overworked staff. But poeple should still be aware that it next to impossible to speak with someone at this place and for many people making an appointment in person is just not practical.

Context about the phones: There are only two people to answer the phones and the voicemail fills up every morning. It’s the hospital’s fault for not giving such a busy office a call center. I went in person to make our appointment and they were really nice. Luminis administration is letting patients down again - give those nurses a damn call center!!!!

I experienced the same issue with calls going to voicemail and messages for Dr not getting to him. I finally hit Dr or pharmacy and third time got a person who got me to the Dr with in 30 minutes. Had surgery and Dr and team were very good. I did let him know of the issues.
