Luminis Health Cardiology Annapolis

I just spent 20 minutes sitting on the phone waiting to speak with someone regarding an appointment that my Primary Care MD advise me that I should get. I never spoke with a human, just waited. The Computer voice kept telling me that my well being was their greatest concern. If that is true, which I doubt, Then why do you let people set on the phone ? HIRE MORE STAFF And exhibit the compassion that you claim to have. Get some Backbone, Tell Wall Street to Kiss it and put your money toward improving Service instead of Kissing the Stockholders with higher dividends.

I've been seeing multiple cardiologists and electrophysiologist for years and could not be more pleased with the care I've received. I've never had an issue with referrals or the front desk staff (yes, one person currently there seems to be all business with no small talk) but they can get busy at times and a wait is expected. The medical staff, including the technicians and nursing staff, have always been very professional and empathetic as well as being understanding of any concerns. Again, I've been seeing doctors at this location long before they were Luminis and the care I have received has literally neem life-saving.

I made my appointment was a month and a half away from the date given to me a week before my appointment I got a call stating I could not be seen I have to reschedule not a problem but they said we don’t have anything open before your surgery date which is a month away i feel like i should of been accommodated for the inconvenience I then later received a call back stating of we can fit you in before your surgery date but by then I already found a cardiologist outside if Luminis health who understood my situation and said I can come in the following day I was not happy with luminis health cardiology team

I tried to make an appointment with their facility. I was told I could not since they didn’t have a referral in their system. I told her I have it printed it out from my doctor. Nope. Absolutely ridiculous process to get an appointment. Especially since the appointments were already scheduling out into October/november timeframe. Just a word advice remind the patients to bring their referral with them.

The front staff is rude and impatient. Most of the patients are sick and elderly. The front staff should have A LOT more compassion. My mother is a patient, so I have had to sit in the waiting room and have had to listen to how poorly they speak to people.
