We have been going to this practice for almost 7 years. The only thing we still love is the lead hygienist and her dental assistants. The last couple of years the practice has changed. We no longer see the same dentist at each visit which is very frustrating. We no longer get a call a few days before our appointment from the insurance specialist confirming coverage and estimated costs. Every 6 month appointment requires some form to be updated and that is tedious - no other medical appointment has updates this often. The last visit the hygienist had to print estimated treatment plan costs for all three of my kids before they began their routine cleaning and xrays. Dr. Brittany Welchel was absolutely wonderful during our consultation and application appointment. She was warm, personable, and truly made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her caring nature and attentiveness showed in the way she listened to our questions and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to meet a provider who combines such professionalism with genuine kindness, but Dr. Welchel embodies both perfectly. I love this practice been coming here for years, but unfortunately the 3rd party call center answering the phone is lacking professional customer service. No sense of urgency, hung the phone on me twice, poorly trained, just rude. Finally after calling back the 3rd time, Alex connected me to the waverly office and I was finally able to speak to someone with proper knowledge, and professional.

We've had excellent experiences with the whole team. I love how they consider families and can schedule my children all at the same time. Dr. Marissa is the best! She's great with kids and really listens. I know we're in good hands!
