Competent care has fallen drastically since Dr. Morgan himself retired, staff isnt any better. Refuse to perform less pricey procedures. Mid procedure the practice decided to drop my insurance company. They double charge for services and go after you with excessive fees. What they did to my mother was borderline criminal. Stay away. Stay far away.

After my dentist of forty years retired, I was in the market for a new dentist. After four months of searching for a dentist under my health insurance preferred provider network, I asked several of my friends for recommendations. To my surprise, they all recommended the Dr. Luke Morgan and Associates Dental practice. Upon my first visit to the dental practice, I was assigned to Dr. Diondre Venable which is a great match because he is very friendly, has an efficient staff, explains procedures very well and has a special way of making his patients feel very comfortable due to his gentle touch, calming demeanor and the ability to alleviate anxiety. He works hard to please his patients and his staff is professional, amazing and top notch. The office is fun for going to a dentist, it is welcoming and not plain and boring. I have been to dental offices throughout different places including overseas- and this one has been the best yet so far in my entire life! I have been a long-time patient at this office and have always received excellent customer service. However, recently, I have been quite disappointed with the service. I encountered a young lady named Grace, and unfortunately, my experience with her was not positive. When answering the phone, she was not very pleasant or professional. It felt as though she lacked patience and seemed eager to end the conversation, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. Additionally, when I asked a simple question, she appeared to have difficulty understanding me and responded in a manner that seemed dismissive, even asking if I had called earlier and implying that I should not need further assistance. I believe Grace would benefit from additional training on customer interactions to ensure a
