CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy has been amazing to us over the past 2 years. I have waited to make this because of fear of retaliation with my sons medical care. The store manager is horrible. The pharmacy is AMAZING. theyre very knowledgeable helpful and nice. Shout out to COLTON cause if hes there he usually helps us cause I have a kolton anf they get a good laugh out of that. However I have witnessed the pharmacy staff be abused by a woman months ago. Who cut in line to start problems and I told her to chill and she started coming in my face when I had my child with me and another lady had her children with her telling her to chill out. And this older lady went on a rampage at the pharmacy staff and me and the other mom and spoke directly to my child saying how ugly his mom is etc. The black older guy m

My wife accidentally disposed my medicine thinking it was old without looking at the label of issue. I was going through a panic attack when this happened. I have a problem with heartburn and the only cure is to take protonic for relief. I take it everyday first thing in the morning for the last 30 years. She was doing her spring cleaning and the cabinet which is where I keep it was where she was cleaning. Lord forgive me if I was upset. The CVS pharmacy understood why I was upset and gave me a refill and said I can’t get another refill till march of 2026 . I was so happy that I could get it and my stress level was so much better. Thank you CVS team members for all your compassion for my problem.

Worst Pharmacy for prescriptions and customer service. It is also very outdated

5 stars for the young boy with the pink car, Colton. He’s the best part of that pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Since this store stopped being Tidewater pharmacy and started being a CVS, I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. It’s almost impossible to talk to an actual human on the phone, my prescriptions have never once been right, even if you manage to call ahead for refills you’ll be sitting there for at least 30 minutes. This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They’ll tell you they have your medication on the phone and when you get there they act like you haven’t ever been in the system. Please bring back the old pharmacy. CVS is the worst.
