This is the worst care ever probably because it’s low income insurance which is sad. The nurse is extremely rude They rush you through the height weight and blood pressure part to make you wait to see the doctor for hours had two children in the room at once trying to do a hearing test the nurse is trying to check my sisters blood pressure take her hearing test and her height all at once then goes on to say oh I can’t get a good reading . extremely unprofessional and just uncomfortable and no one speaks clear English .

I come here all the time they have nurses in the back who don’t know what they are doin this is my second time coming here and they put a lady tha has no medical history put a needle in my arm and miss 2 times dont come Here this is not a place you should bring ya kid this happened on 2 different occasions wit the same people both times

I had phoned the office requesting that my son have his booster done, spoke to someone in reception who said that, as he is 17 years he can come the next day. My son had both doses of Pfizer, when he got there, they said that he cannot get the booster as he is 17. (Only told two days after, that someone has to be 18 or older, to get the booster at their practice). Asked to speak to the nurse, who did not introduce herself, thought it was the receptionist, requested to speak to the nurse again, to which she stated” listen lady, I don’t have time for anyone” and dropped the phone one me. Nurse is absolutely rude. Again to the receptionist, who was helpful and apologetic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Don’t even know how there still opened , they take forever in this place there’s no reason for appointments they take 1+ hours to see a patient ..

I have a 1:45 appointment and upon till 3:30 I am still waiting to see the doctor
