Dr. Semmes and the entire office staff were extremely professional and approachable during my first visit. I really appreciated being able to complete the check-in process ahead of time, which made the in-office experience smooth and efficient—no repeat questions at the front desk. I was seen right at my scheduled time with no delays from either the physician assistant or Dr. Semmes. Both the oral and physical evaluations were thorough, non-invasive, and informative. I felt truly heard and cared for, and I’m hopeful about the prescribed treatment plan. The parking situation isn’t ideal, but it’s outside the scope of the doctor’s control—and honestly, it’s worth it for the quality of care and welcoming environment.

Dr. Semmes was warm, engaging, and professional throughout the visit. She explained everything she was doing and had a delightful sense of humor. I highly recommend this practice.
